Intercom is a real time communication solution for websites. It gives users the ability to chat with website visitors in real time. Since we are a startup, we need the ability to talk to website visitors.

I don’t know how many times I have visited a site and wanted to sign up for their service but wasn’t exactly sure if they were the right solution. As soon as I was able to chat with a representative about my concerns, I either signed up immediately or disregarded the service.

We need this service because 1000’s of people are going to be visiting our site on the 24th and I want the ability to be able to answer questions in real time.
