Greetings and salutations my friends. I know it has been a few months since my last progress report. I apologize. Ashton moved to Tampa to work a contract building and/or supporting a fairly large enterprise level application for a major restaurant chain. I strongly believe he is doing the job of 2-3 people since he has tried to walk away from the contract from stress but they convinced him to stay.
I know he is under a lot of pressure which is why I have given him space regarding Mass Address. Ash can only work on Mass Address in his spare time and for the past few months, he has had no spare time.
If you are not paying someone, you cannot ask them to work on a project. Ash only works for equity. He has a contract with the Mass Address corporation to develop a Minimum Viable Product for us. If he doesn’t deliver the app, he won’t receive his shares. He understands this so there’s no need to remind him of it.
He has probably put 500-1000 hours into this application for 0 cash compensation. That’s how much he believes in what we are doing. America needs Citizen Identity Management (CIM). I don’t know if Ashton’s job will ever get less demanding. I just know we have got to finish the MVP and get this app into the marketplace.
Hood Security Services signed a contract with a major medical services provider. I am sure our revenue will double in 2024. This is good news because I will be able to hire a contractor to finish the application.
I pray nearly every day that G-d will open my eyes to see the Product Market Fit. I have pictures on my office wall and on my bathroom wall so I am always reminded of it. The Post Office needs our solution. But the post office doesn’t buy hopes and dreams. They buy products and services.
The list of use cases is probably a mile long. The list of ways to get into the market is not. If Mass Address gets PMF, we will have more money than Elon Musk. Take it to the bank.💯
