Board of Directors Meeting Coming Soon

TLDR; Things are getting serious

If you are receiving this email, we are having our board of directors meeting this quarter. A poll will be sent out asking what day works best for your schedule. The meeting will be held via video conference, i.e. zoom.

We have taken legal counsel and the base valuation for our company right now stands at $5,000,000. For those of you who have invested into the company, thank you! We would not be here without your support.

The last opportunity to invest is coming soon. After the board of directors meeting, I will no longer have the power to sell shares. The decision will rest with the board of directors. For current shareholders, keep an eye on your email.

Also, we are going to be discussing the sale of the nodes in the Board of Directors meeting. For those of you who don’t understand what the nodes are, let me explain. Nodes are servers that will store 1 piece of your identity. These are what give your identity explicit privacy. No single company in the Mass Address Network has ownership or control over your identity.

Identity privacy can only be achieved if the platform is governed by a network of servers and legal entities. No federal warrant can unveil it. Third parties cannot sell it.
