We have some great news

Our machine has been on backorder since the middle of July with an ETA of 12 August. Today, I got a little antsy and called the manufacturer. I asked them for a status on our order.

The sales rep told me the reason for the backorder is due to the national chip shortage. The lady emailed me a list of local distributors who I could call to see if they have the model we need on the shelf. One distributor did have it in stock. The problem was it costs $300 more. Talk about supply and demand.

So, I called the manufacturer and cancelled our order while in turn placing one with the local distributor. I am pleased to report our machine will be here by this Monday.

After consulting with multiple stakeholders, we have decided to also offer various accessories with our labels. We will have keychains and pet tags.
